How much does it cost for you to produce my accounts?

If you’re looking for a price for the services you require on here, I am afraid that I am not able to provide you with an exact price. All of my services are tailored to the individual or business looking for my assistance.

My services are dependent on the work you are looking for, the type of business you are running, the volume of transactions that require processing and the way in which you present your information to me.

Essentially, after our Discovery Call, I will estimate how long it will take me to complete the work for you and work out a fixed quote for the first year. Inevitably, the work may take a shorter or longer time to complete than my estimate, however whilst my fee for the first year may go down if I significantly overestimate the volume of work, it will not increase beyond the quote I have provided.

What information do you need from me to give me a quote?

I need to know a rough idea of the volume of transactions that make up your financial information for the year in question. If you present this to me as a shoebox of receipts it will inevitably take longer to process than a well curated spreadsheet or a link to your bookkeeping software.
